Invest in a Hybrid Approach to Weddings on Film:
With hybrid coverage, you'll receive the best of all three worlds. We will seamlessly blend a mix of digital, film and Polaroid photography into your gallery from start to finish!
Q: What's the ratio of film, digital, and polaroid photos that we will get?
Around a quarter to a third of your gallery will be film, the rest digital. And you'll receive between 1–3 Polaroids per hour. That said, we always adjust this based on your vibe, the light, location, movement, and how the day flows.

A: Absolutely! Think of an engagement shoot as more of a practice shoot than anything. It's a great way to get a handle on what it will feel like to be photographed when you get married and for us to get the chance to get to know each other better. It will get you more comfortable in front of the camera and give us a better feeling of how the two of you interact with one another. Don't worry - we don't do cheesy engagement photos. Want to grab a beer at your favorite pub or maybe grab your pup and take a stroll through your favorite neighborhood in the city? We're down for whatever and would love to go out for a bite to eat with you afterward!
Q: SHOULD WE HAVE AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
Hell yes! Actually, about half of our work every year is for couples who are eloping, typically with just them and their family and maybe a few friends. For this, you will still get both of us as your photographers, and we offer a la carte pricing for however many hours we decide together that you'll need for coverage.
Q: DO YOU photograph elopements too?
A: Yes! We have an exclusive print shop that you'll get access to after we send you your gallery. You can order prints, canvases, frames, and other goodies. And as for albums, we have three options, all of which are custom orders that Meaghan designs, with your input of course!
- Scrapbook albums: Meaghan's personal specialty incorporating photos, florals, ribbons, and more all from your wedding day
- Hardcover, layflat albums: meaning there is no lost space in the fold between pages
- Coffee table albums: glossy pages and a hardcover binding
Q: DO YOU OFFER PRINTS OR ALBUMS?
A: You can expect roughly 1/4 - 1/3 of your gallery to be film photos and the rest to be digital. And we usually take between 1-3 Polaroids per hour. However, we always tailor our approach a bit to each couple's preferences as well as other factors such as lighting, locations, movement, timeline, etc.
Q: HOW MUCH FILM VS DIGITAL PHOTOS WILL WE GET?
A: At RTP, we strongly believe that all bodies are beautiful exactly the way that they are. We will never retouch skin, reshape bodies, or change up your hair and makeup. The only retouching edits we make will get rid of a rogue piece of trash in the background, for example. We capture the day as it happens and our editing reflects that as well.
