What you get to choose:
A: Absolutely! Think of an engagement shoot as more of a practice shoot than anything. It's a great way to get a handle on what it will feel like to be photographed when you get married and for us to get the chance to get to know each other better. It will get you more comfortable in front of the camera and give us a better feeling of how the two of you interact with one another. Don't worry - we don't do cheesy engagement photos. Want to grab a beer at your favorite pub or maybe grab your pup and take a stroll through your favorite neighborhood in the city? We're down for whatever and would love to go out for a bite to eat with you afterward!
Q: SHOULD WE HAVE AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
Of course! We love a good road trip and are THRILLED whenever we get the chance to travel for weddings, elopements, or any other session for that matter. All of our packages already have travel costs factored into them based on location so you don't have to worry about extra fees adding up later! The only stuff that might cost a little extra are things like museum admission, park permits, etc. But we can talk more about that in detail during our first chat and in the planning stages if it comes up.
Q: DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
A: Yes! We have an exclusive print shop that you'll get access to after we send you your gallery. You can order prints, canvases, frames, and other goodies. And as for albums, we have three options, all of which are custom orders that Meaghan designs, with your input of course!
- Scrapbook albums: Meaghan's personal specialty incorporating photos, florals, ribbons, and more all from your wedding day
- Hardcover, layflat albums: meaning there is no lost space in the fold between pages
- Coffee table albums: glossy pages and a hardcover binding
Q: DO YOU OFFER PRINTS OR ALBUMS?
A: At RTP, we strongly believe that all bodies are beautiful exactly the way that they are. We will never retouch skin, reshape bodies, or change up your hair and makeup. The only retouching edits we make will get rid of a rogue piece of trash in the background, for example. We capture the day as it happens and our editing reflects that as well.

Not to mention, we'll be capturing all the little moments and special details in a documentary style way (with some artful touches) so that all you have to do is relax and soak up the epic fucking day you've worked so hard for.

You're not alone in planning the best day ever! We'll give you customized vendor recs based on your vision. Your questionnaire and our chats will guide our creation of your personalized timeline, and we'll help you with any other advice you need such as Pinterest boards and design ideas. We'll even do a site visit to check out the space beforehand if we haven't shot there before!
