Event Spaces at The Bradley Estate

The Mansion

The centerpiece of The Bradley Estate is its grand mansion. Inside, you’ll find classic New England charm with antique furnishings, fireplaces, and elegant rooms perfect for getting ready or hosting intimate gatherings. The mansion’s refined aesthetic makes it an excellent backdrop for timeless wedding portraits.

The Formal Gardens

One of the most breathtaking features of The Bradley Estate is its meticulously maintained formal gardens. The lush greenery, manicured hedges, and seasonal blooms provide a romantic and picturesque setting for an outdoor ceremony. Imagine exchanging vows surrounded by vibrant flowers with the historic mansion in the background—it’s a dream come true.

The Tent

For couples planning a reception with a larger guest list, the estate offers a spacious tented area on the lawn. This area can be customized to match your wedding vision, whether you’re envisioning a classic, bohemian, or modern celebration. With bistro lighting, elegant drapery, and a dance floor, it transforms into the perfect party space as the sun sets.

Bradley Estate Weddings Planning Considerations

  • The estate exclusively partners with Fireside Catering for weddings, ensuring top-tier service and food for you and your guests.
  • While the venue provides event coordination, hiring a planner or day-of coordinator is always recommended for seamless execution and design details.
  • There are ample spaces for getting ready, including elegant, historic rooms within the mansion. Be forewarned though – this is a historic building. There are only a couple of in-window AC units so be prepared if you’re getting married in the summer in Massachusetts. It can get a little toasty and humid at times.
  • Plenty of on-site parking is available for guests (up to 80 cars). However, arranging shuttles from your hotel to the venue is also great option for a stress-free experience. We highly recommend it if you have lots of guests traveling from out of town for your wedding.

How many guests does The Bradley Estate accommodate?

The Bradley Estate can host weddings of up to 180 guests under the tent for a seated reception with a dance floor. For smaller weddings or elopements, the mansion and gardens also offers seated receptions for no more than 80 guests inside the mansion. They may be broken up into different rooms, however. Therefore, the tented option is the most popular one.

Bradley Estate Weddings Cost

Bradley Estate Weddings have a minimum cost from $17,900 to $26,000 for tented weddings. This includes food minimums, venue and tent rental fees. Additional costs to expect may include:

  • Ceremony rental fee of $750
